Bright Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides eco-friendly mobile car cleaning services in Luxembourg, at the customer’s chosen location. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services & Eco Approach
Bright Solutions offers mobile car cleaning in Luxembourg, including:
Eco-friendly exterior car cleaning using waterless or very low-water methods
Interior car cleaning using professional products and controlled techniques
Our eco approach aims to reduce environmental impact:
Traditional car washes may use 150–300 liters of water per vehicle.
Our methods typically use only a few liters of water, and in some cases no running water at all.
For interior cleaning, we prioritize eco-friendly products where suitable. As not all automotive products are available in fully eco-certified versions, we continuously research and improve our methods.
To reduce waste, we do not use disposable plastic protections (such as plastic carpet or steering-wheel covers).
Exterior cleaning is available only if the vehicle is not excessively dirty.
Interior cleaning requires access to a standard electrical outlet.

2. Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, email, or messaging platforms.
Payment is due after service completion, via Payconiq, bank transfer or cash
Cancellations or rescheduling are free up to 3 hours before the scheduled service.
Bright Solutions may reschedule or cancel a service due to weather, safety, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cost
Customers must:
Provide accurate booking details (address, vehicle type, contact information).
Ensure the vehicle is accessible, safely parked, and available at the agreed time.
Provide access to electricity for interior cleaning.
We reserve the right to refuse or adjust a service if conditions on site prevent proper or safe execution.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Bright Solutions provides cleaning services only.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects
Mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues
Loose or fragile components
Personal items left inside the vehicle
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
5. Photos & Marketing
We may take before-and-after photos for marketing purposes.
License plates and identifying details are never shown.
No personal data is displayed.
Customers may simply inform us if they do not wish photos to be taken.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Luxembourg and EU data-protection laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.
Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Luxembourg courts.
