Bright Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides mobile car cleaning services in Luxembourg at the customer’s chosen location. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Services

Bright Solutions provides mobile car cleaning services, including interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, and combined interior & exterior cleaning.

Services are performed at the customer’s location, such as a home, workplace, or other accessible parking area.

Exterior cleaning may use waterless or low-water methods when appropriate. In cases where the vehicle is heavily soiled, alternative cleaning methods may be required to achieve satisfactory results.

Interior cleaning requires access to a standard electrical outlet.

Bright Solutions reserves the right to refuse or modify a service if the condition of the vehicle or the working environment prevents safe or proper execution.


2. Booking & Payment

Bookings may be made via our website, phone, email, or messaging platforms.

Payment is due after completion of the service and may be made via Payconiq, bank transfer, or cash.

Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge. We kindly ask customers to inform us as early as possible if they need to change or cancel an appointment.

If the vehicle is not accessible at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Bright Solutions may reschedule or cancel a service due to weather conditions, safety concerns, access issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Prices

Prices are indicated on our website or communicated during the booking process.

Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, or additional services requested.

Any additional services will be discussed and agreed with the customer before being performed.

Travel fees may apply for locations beyond the standard service area.


4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking details (location, vehicle type, contact information)
  • Ensure the vehicle is safely parked and accessible at the scheduled time
  • Provide access to electricity for interior cleaning

Bright Solutions reserves the right to refuse or modify the service if the conditions on site do not allow proper or safe work.


5. Liability Disclaimer

Bright Solutions provides cleaning services only.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects
  • Mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues
  • Loose, damaged, or fragile components
  • Personal belongings left inside the vehicle

Customers are advised to remove personal valuables before the service.

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours after service completion.


6. Photos & Marketing

Bright Solutions may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for marketing purposes.

License plates and identifying details will not be shown.

Customers may request that no photos are taken.


7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Luxembourg and EU data protection laws (GDPR).


8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.

Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
